Under a Manufacturer’s Warranty

While your product is under the manufacturer's warranty you can contact our Parts & Service department to facilitate the arrangement of warranty service Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. If your appliance has an issue outside of these hours or on a weekend we have included the contact information for the brands below so that you do not have to wait until we reopen to log your service call with the manufacturer or supplier.

We offer 2 to 4-year extended warranties for your new appliances through W3 solutions.

PARTS DEPARTMENT

We carry a large selection of parts for all of our brand partners. If we do not have it in stock we can special order many items for you often in less than 72 hours. For parts cost and availability please contact us by phone or email. Please have your brand, model number and version code (found at the end of your model on the sticker) ready when you call for more information.
