Online transactions made via nickersonappliances.com are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed below.  By placing an order through the Nickerson Appliances website, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Purchase Terms and Conditions please visit us in store to complete your order.  

ONLINE ORDERS

All purchasable products on the website are subject to additional verification prior to Nickerson Appliances accepting the sale as finalized. 

After you place an order: 

1. You will receive an automatic email confirming that Nickerson Appliances has received and is reviewing your order 

2. The Nickerson Appliances team will contact you to confirm the details of your order, including details regarding pickup or delivery, identity verification and to discuss any additional services or products required to fulfill your order (if required)

3. Orders that can not be security verified via phone call within 48 business hours will be cancelled & refunded

4. Once your order has been verified by phone for I.D. authentication and order completeness, we will send you a confirmation of any updates.

ORDER ACCURACY

Prior to placing your order please verify all your product specifications to ensure they fit in the openings in your home. Please note:

1. Specifications are for planning purposes only and subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

2. Nickerson’s will not be responsible for specification provision or accuracy. Nickerson’s is not responsible for products that do not fit or that cannot be installed for any reason

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation at customers request prior to delivery (when authorized by Nickerson Appliances) is subject to a 30% restocking fee. We try our best to provide accurate information, we do however reserve the right to cancel an online order prior to delivery due to suspected fraud, a product recall and product or price information error.

RETURN POLICY

Appliances that have been received by the customer are non-refundable. Unless otherwise noted all purchases purchased from Nickerson appliances have a manufacturer's warranty and all warranty services are provided in accordance with the manufacturers policy. 

OPEN-BOX, FLOOR MODEL & REFURBISHED PRODUCTS

Nickerson Appliances occasionally sells floor model, open box and refurbished products. The condition and details of these items are noted on the website and more details can be obtained by calling the store at 905-685-9075. Some items may still have a manufacturer’s warranty.Items that no longer qualify for a manufacturer’s warranty will be explicitly noted on the receipt. All floor models, open box and refurbished products do not qualify for cosmetic damage claims from the manufacturer (i.e. scratches, dents or cosmetic imperfections). All products identified as floor model, open box and refurbished are sold as-is and all sales are final. 

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

By making a purchase you agree to accept service in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. You also understand and agree that Nickerson Appliances does not warranty any products purchased against failure or workmanship. The warranty is provided by and is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. The included manufacturers warranty can be found on the products page listing and in the product manual. Extended warranties can also be purchased. This warranty is provided by W3 Solutions (a third party). The coverage provided by W3 Solutions is subject to their own service Terms & Conditions and all claims under this plan are done directly through the provider.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES

Our website does not indicate real-time inventory availability (unless specified as in stock). In stock item availability is also subject to change throughout the business day. Any item found within the website that is not labeled instock will need to be special ordered for you. Due to the global supply chain shortages order lead times are a minimum of 4 months with many brands being significantly longer. Lead times provided by the manufacturer are estimates only and subject to change without notice. These inventory delays are beyond our control and a contingency plan is advised. We sincerely appreciate your continued patience while the manufacturers are navigating these issues.
